PAN Card Agency operates through a corporate PSA ID obtained from UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited (UTIITSL), with our operations mapped through the UTI Allahabad office.

Under this corporate arrangement, our core responsibility is to onboard and manage PSA users — the retailers, shop owners, and service entrepreneurs who actually sit across the counter from customers applying for a PAN card. We add these users under our corporate ID so they can operate their own PSA accounts and process PAN applications through the official UTI portal.

Alongside onboarding, we also handle balance provisioning — supplying funds to PSA wallets so that our users always have the balance they need to submit applications without interruption.

For a long time, every part of this work was manual. Someone would message us asking for a PSA ID. We would collect their details over chat, enter them by hand, and get back to them whenever it was done. When they needed balance, they would send money and then wait — sometimes hours — for us to transfer it manually.

As the number of users grew, this stopped being practical. Requests piled up. Details got lost in chat threads. Users sat idle with customers waiting in front of them, unable to work because their balance had not arrived yet.

The entire journey — from creating an account to processing your first PAN application — is designed to take minutes, not days.
