By accessing, registering on, or using PAN Card Agency (the "Website"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website or its services.
Our Services
PAN Card Agency provides a platform through which registered users can obtain access to UTI PSA IDs and offer PAN card-related services, including:
- New PAN Card Application
- PAN Card Correction / Update
- Minor PAN Card Application
- Other services supported by the UTI PSA portal
Eligibility
To register and use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Possess a valid PAN, mobile number, and email address.
We reserve the right to reject any registration or terminate any account that does not meet these requirements.
Account & Security
When you register, a unique username and PSA ID are generated for your account.
Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must change your default password immediately after your first login.
- You must not share your username, password, PSA ID, or registration code with any other person.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Wallet & Payments
Our platform includes a prepaid wallet system used to pay for services.
- Wallet balance can be added through the payment options available on the Website.
- All payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable between user accounts.
- Wallet balance does not earn any interest.
- If a payment is successful but the wallet is not credited automatically, you must raise a Support Ticket for manual verification and correction.
PSA Wallet Transfer
You may transfer balance from your Website wallet to your UTI PSA wallet through the platform.
- Once a transfer is successfully completed, it is final and cannot be reversed.
- Transferred balance can only be used for PAN-related services on the PSA portal.
- Transferred balance cannot be converted back into Website wallet balance or refunded in cash.
If a transfer fails due to a technical or gateway error, the amount is automatically refunded to your Website wallet.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree that:
- All information you submit is true, accurate, and belongs to you or to a customer who has authorised you to submit it.
- You will obtain proper consent from your customers before collecting or submitting their personal documents or PAN details.
- You will comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Income Tax Act and rules governing PAN issuance.
- You will not misrepresent your relationship with us, with UTI, or with any government authority.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of every application submitted through your PSA ID.
Prohibited Use
You must not use the Website or its services to:
- Submit false, forged, or fraudulent documents or information.
- Apply for a PAN card on behalf of a person without their knowledge or consent.
- Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Website or its infrastructure.
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your account or PSA ID to another person.
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Website without written permission.
- Impersonate any government authority, UTI, or our company.
Third-Party Services
Our platform relies on third-party systems, including the UTI PSA portal, payment gateways, and API providers.
- These services are governed by their own terms and policies.
- We do not control their availability, pricing, or processing times.
- Any delay, rejection, or failure caused by a third-party system is beyond our direct control.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving issues involving third-party services, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the Website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
- Third-party API downtime may affect PSA registration, transfers, or password resets.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, or data.
- We are not liable for losses caused by third-party systems, government processing delays, or rejection of applications by the issuing authority.
- We are not liable for losses arising from your own errors, negligence, or breach of these terms.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
- You breach any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- We detect fraudulent, suspicious, or unlawful activity.
- We are required to do so by law or by a government authority.
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining wallet balance will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds
All refund and cancellation matters are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to PAN Card Agency and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the Website without written permission.
- You may not use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without consent.
Trademarks belonging to UTI or any government authority remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced only for identification purposes.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
